Red line on Versa screen

Hi, 

I contacted Customer Services a few weeks ago about a red line down the left hand side of my Versa screen. I tried all the restarts, different watch face etc and nothing helped. Since my watch was out of warranty, they offered me a discount on a new tracker but I'm not in a positon to buy one at the moment. After speaking to a few friends, it seems like we all have the same issue which happened after the last firmware update - is there any way I can put my Versa back to the previous version and get rid of the lines ? Thanks

Hi @Lynneyt, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear about the line that the screen of your Fitbit Versa developed. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I'm afraid that a previous firmware version can't be installed. I'm also sorry to hear that your watch is no longer under the warranty period. The warranty period is good for 365 days, starting from the date of the first setup.

 

I totally understand how you feel about this and we appreciate your feedback since this helps us to keep improving.
