How do I get rid of the red x and data not cleared sync and try again. I've tried but won't sync ive reset app and phone and nothing.

I've tried all the options on the community page and still not working. I have one button on my fit bit I need help as getting frustrated

Make sure that there is no other Bluetooth device connected to your mobile device or is nearby. (Headphones, keyboard, etc.)
