Red x with message: Data not cleared sync and try again on Versa 3

How do I get rid of the red x and data not cleared sync and try again. I've tried but won't sync ive reset app and phone and nothing.

I've tried all the options on the community page and still not working. I have one button on my fit bit I need help as getting frustrated

Before contacting Support I'll suggest you to perform the following. 

Make sure that there is no other Bluetooth device connected to your mobile device or is nearby. (Headphones, keyboard, etc.)

 

Please follow these steps, some of which you have already done, but the order is important:

 

  • Restart your Versa 3.How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  • Please on you mobile phone, go to settings> bluetooth and remove all connections with the Versa 3. (Forget device, ignore or disconnect depending on the version of the operating system of the mobile phone)
  • Turn off the bluetooth and restart your phone. (switch off and on again).
  • When the mobile phone is on again, turn the bluetooth normally on, but do NOT try to set any connection with the watch.
  • Go to the app. From here, try to set up the Versa 3 as a new device.
