I searched through the "Syncing Difficulties on Versa" thread and this issue is not fixed by anything other than restarting my phone.
I'm having to restart my phone once per day in order to continue to sync data from my device. I would very much like to not have to restart my phone every single day for it to sync properly. Is there a fix for this? Always-on sync is on, Bluetooth is always connected to Versa 2 in system settings, even when the Fitbit app cannot find my device.
My device is a OnePlus 6T (A6013) with OxygenOS version 10.3.3 running Android version 10 (recent security patch as of April 1, 2020).
Fitbit Versa 2 updated with version number 35.70.8.0 (although this issue has happened across firmware version for months).
Anyone else on Android having this problem?

I bought my watch in January. The only thing it does is count my steps and heartbeat and tracks my sleep. It doesn't connect to anything. It doesn't remind me to step. Nothing. You mentioned a "patch". What is that?

The security patch is for my Android phone, not for the Fitbit software, I was just illustrating that my phone is up to date as far as the operating system goes.

Bringing this thread back up. It's been 9 months, many security patches/updates on both Android, OxygenOS, and on Fitbit. This issue is still happening, and I have to restart my phone once a day to get syncying back. It usually syncs for the first few hours of the day, and then stops. Once I notice I am no longer getting notifications, I restart my phone and open the app to re-sync. This fixes the problem for about another 18 hours.
Rinse and repeat.
Any solutions to this yet?
