I’m a little frustrated (understatement to say the least). I got this versa to replace my Blaze less than a year ago and I’ve had nothing but problems. Particularly the notifications repeatedly coming back, even after clearing. I called customer service and they pretended that there wasn’t an issue. Even though it’s all over the message boards. That infuriated me. The blaze never had this issue. I thought the issue was lessening (not stopping) And then I did the update a week ago and now I get the same chunk of a million messages at least 5 times a day. And yes iOS is updated, and yes my Bluetooth is in check and yes I reset the device. And no, I’m not deleting the messages on my computer and phone. And I have an iPhone 6 and It works fine. Sometimes I’ll workout and 30 minutes later it hadn’t been reading my heart rate. I’m constantly restarting it. But thats immaterial to the fact my phone vibrating 600 times a day with the same messages. I kinda want a refund. But I’d prefer a fix. Please advise. Thank you

Hi @BitterSunrise , to get rid of the messages, the only way at this moment for you, is to restart your Versa three times and they are gone. Regards kuzibri
