Repeating whatsapp notification

One particular whatsapp message keeps appearing on my fitbit notifications despite it being deleted from my phone.  I have also turned off whatsapp notifications to my fitbit through the app, but it still comes up on my fitbit.

Hi, did you try a Shutdown of the watch from the Settings => About and after 10 seconds place it on the charger to restart it, or push the button?

Hi, possibly the watch and phone got out of sync. Did you try clearing it from the watch? Click on it and scroll to the bottom and click clear, this may work better when the watch has just sycned.

Hi, I've tried that but it doesn't work. It just remains there. If I try
any of the other options it shows this
Action Failed
This notification has expired and is no longer valid

I've also synced my fitbit and phone multiple times. Still there.
