Like many others I had the HR accuracy issue following the firmware update. After over a month of back and forth they just sent me a new fitbit without acknowledging that it was a firmware problem. Of course the new fitbit is now asking me to do that firmware update that causes the problems to begin with.
anyone else receive a replacement and did the update on it without issue?? Or should I just ignore the firmware update and not do it.

wow you got a replacement? Was your fitbit still under warranty? All I got was a lousy discount code to buy a new one.

Yeh mine was barely 7 months old when it stopped working after the update.
but not of course the new one is asking me to do the firmware update and I’m like mmmmmmmm. Last time I did that it wrecked everything......
