My Versa 3 was caught in a restart loop. Fitbit offered to replace it under warranty (7 months old). I received the replacement and charged it up overnight. I tried resetting it 3 times the face would not move to get to any of the settings. Called for help. Tried everything again. Still did not work. They just put in for another replacement. I am so disappointed. I've been without one for 2 weeks and it will probably be another 2 weeks before I get another one. If I have a problem with the next one I will be asking for a complete refund not the 50% they are offering for a new one. Next time I will going with Garmin!

Hi @Sgp - unfortunately the replacement refurbished ones can be worse than the original and also unfortunately they don't send an immediate replacement so that you are without a working watch for the shortest time possible.
Some shops may do an immediate replacement over the counter which is much more customer oriented.
