Versa button stuck

Button stuck tho tapping on screen eventually comes up if you accidentally go to say timer you cannot get out of it takes a few minutes to go back to clock face

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. If your device button is not working, you may be able to remove dust or dirt by gently using a toothpick around the button. If this does not improve the button performance, you can try to clear debris using canned air, just hold the tracker at arm's length and spray once to loosen any dirt or dust that may have accumulated around the button. Then, please try our restart process.

Hi, I am having the same problem, the button on the left the one on it’s own, is stuck. Tried what you have said??not worked..

I called customer service and they sent me another since I’ve only had it since January.

Hi sorry you are having problems I went first to the live chat who then contacted fitbit then new one sent out keep trying the live chats

Out of interest what was the solution in the end? I’ve got the same problem with mine that’s less than 6 months old.

I spoke with fitbit themselves and they sent a brand new one out! Very helpful

I finally just banged it on the table and it started working again. I think
it was jammed.
