Versa button stuck

Button stuck tho tapping on screen eventually comes up if you accidentally go to say timer you cannot get out of it takes a few minutes to go back to clock face

Hi Ricardo, I am having the same problem. My screen is stuck on the set up wallet screen, I've tried all the suggestions, but my button on the side is stuck, and i can't push it in. I've cleaned it as suggested but nothing. Can you help!

Having the same problem as most but its the left button (the single button by itself) have tried all options and nothing is working. Any other suggestions?

I have a fitbit versa (first model) & did have two stuck buttons. I have now fixed these & buttons work successfully. Here is the fix:

Select a 0.004" (4 thousandth of an inch) feeler gauge. Spray contact cleaner over the button while sliding the feeler gauge up & down each side of the button. The gauge is a tightish fit & slides in each side. Repeat this several times while pulling (using pliers gently) & pushing the buttom. Now your Fitbit is like new. Cheers.
