My display came off and just hangs there, this happened while walking. Can I get a replacement Fitbit as mine is only 7 months old. Costco said no to this and this is where I bought my device.

Hi there, my fitbit versa fell on the floor and the screen got cracked, it just tapped the floor I cant believe it caused it to crack as they're do expensive and to damage it like this. My siisterinlaw works for fitbit and she mentioned if it was under 2 years old u may offer me a replacement watch. This would b brilliant as I am loving my watch.
