Replacement taking too long

I've been waiting for 3 weeks now and I still haven't received a confirmation email on when my watch will be mailed to me. It's under warranty and everytime I call cs I get no help besides "it's going to be 5-7 business days. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed.

I have heard they are extremely popular, so thinking they are on back order from the factory. 

Give them a shout back as the squeaky wheel gets the grease. 🙂
