It’s impossible to say given the state of the world. In my experience, all deliveries (from any company) are taking longer than normal. Even Amazon’s “free Prime 2 day delivery” is taking weeks longer. In many cases (including Fitbit), companies are short staffed due to illness and closed offices. Wish I had a better answer for you.

have you heard anything on your warrant replacement? I sent mine to fitbit 4 weeks ago they haven't processed it yet
