Hi, I was just wondering if anyone else has ever experienced difficulties in getting broken bands replaced as currently going through the process only to be made to feel like a liar as they are claiming the picture of the band I sent isn't the same colour as the watch I've got, which it most certainly is and tbh, this is not how I expected to be treat given I've been a loyal fitbit customer for well over 5 years?

That's really strange 😕 The one time I had my band replaced, it was a very easy and quick process. I sent in the pictures and got a new band sent pretty quickly. It was for a Charge 2.
