I think they should have the feature where you can reply to messages on iPhone through your Fitbit Versa 2 I would love if they allow that I wonder if this would happen in the future?

Unfortunately this is an Apple/iPhone limitation. Until Apple allow 3rd parties to greater access to the system, there isn't much that can be done. There is already a feature suggestion for this (here), but again, this is in the hands of Apple.
