Hello,
I have upgraded my Fitbit & replaced my Versa 2 in my Fitbit App. I factory reset my Versa 2 to give to my wife. I have installed the Fitbit App to her iPhone12 & created an account for her. The Versa 2 is fully charged & showing "Activation Date" & "To start download the Fitbit App" cycling in multiple languages.
Trying to add the device fails every time. I have restarted the Versa 2, the iPhone Bluetooth, the Fitbit App & the iPhone. The App will not discover the Versa 2.
I have tried to add the Versa 2 back to my iPhone (replacing the new watch). It also fails to "see" the Versa 2, but has no trouble re-pairing to my new Sense2.
If I plug the Versa 2 charger into my PC USB, the device is detected by Windows.
I cannot work out what to do next - can anyone advise??
