Restarts any given time and screen freezes

I used to love Fitbit but this restart thing starts to suck. This is my second aversa already and it still has the same issues of the first one i replaced. The screen freezes at times and restarts at any time (the most annoying time is when i AM WORKING out). Please update the programm because this is really starting to get annoying. I used to have the Charge 2 and I am thinking about buying it again... i am sorry i sound very rude but i am getting very irritated.
