Resting Heart Rate

How do I get my Versa 2 to show my resting heart rate in the App as well as on the device? I have been in the Fitbit Community for about 4 years and all of my Charge devices showed the resting hearting rate in the App and on the device. I switched to the Versa 2 and nothing shows. Also, I complete a 6 mile walk in about an hour and 12-15 minutes, five to seven days a week, but nothing ever shows in my Active Zone minutes. It used to take longer, but i have improved a tad bit. I am not an athlete and don't aspire to be. However, to never make it to my Active Zone level is discouraging. Better yet, I have no idea what my active zone level would be since my Versa 2 shows my nothing in regards to my heart rate. Should i assume that I have never reached a fat burn zone or the cardio and peak zones burn? Versa 2 features have made monitoring my progress and goal achievements more challenging.

I don't fully understand your question.

You seem to switch between talking about your resting heart rate and your current heart rate.  Which is the issue, or both?

And you switch between talking about seeing it on the app (phone, I presume) and on the device itself.  If you mean on the device itself, do you mean you don't see the field where heart rate would display, or you see the sot but it is blank?

Perhaps it would be clearer if you could describe one single issue in detail.

Check in the Settings App on your wrist to make sure you don't have Heart Rate turned off.

Both are issues. I sleep with the Versa 2 on. The app records the hour slept, but the resting heart rate graph is blank and has been for months. If fact, the resting heart rate says no measurements. The resting heart rate field is blank both on the phone and the app. On my dashboard (online) in the section that says Resting Heart Rate...How strong is your heart.... no numbers are there and it basically tells me to wear Versa 2 to bed for the most accurate reading.

As for as my current heart rate during activities and such....again nothing shows. My active minutes have not recorded since January 24, 2021. There is no graph indicating my peak zones, cardio zones, or my fat burn zones.

Online on my dashboard, when I select heart rate over the last 28 days, the graph is blank and it says 0 (zero) minutes in any of the zones. Should I gather that the 1 hour and 33 minutes I did at one time yesterday, that at no moment during that time, did I have a heart rate or on Saturday when I ran the steps (stands) on the high school track for 30 minutes, I never hit the peak, cardio, or fat burn zones? Nothing records when it once did.

At any given moment of the day, there is not indicator of how many minutes I have been active, or if i have reached any of the peak, cardio, or fat burn zones. First thing in the morning, when checking the Versa 2 on my wrist, cell phone, or the app, there is no indication of my resting heart rate. I have a small goal of 30 minutes of activity daily. If I am not clocking or charting myself, i cannot depend on the Versa 2, app, or web-site to tell me if i have reached that goal or not. My daily step goal is 16,000 and i frequently exceed that goal, even on work days. However, all things Fitbit says that i have no active minutes. So the days i get 20k plus steps, it still shows that I did not reach my 30 minutes active goals.

I MUST SAY THAT I AM NOT THE MOST TECH SAVVY person and could definitely be doing something wrong. However, I have selected all of my goals and filled in all of the blanks and I still am not getting information that I once did on the Versa 2 and DID receive on the Charge 2. This may all be "User Error". I just don't know where to start to fix the problem.

But you didn't say if you followed my suggestion.

"Check in the Settings App on your wrist to make sure you don't have Heart Rate turned off."

It sounds like you are saying basically you never get a heart rate reading, even on tracker clock face.  Is that right?
