Resting heart rate on Versa 3

Please can someone help? 

I've just switched from an Inspire HR to a Versa 3. On the Inspire HR my rhr varied between 82 to 88 and I used it to track the severity of my chronic illness (higher=worse). 

Since swapping to the Versa 3 six days ago, it's been 85 every day. It's unheard of for it to be exactly the same for so long. 

Is my Versa 3 not tracking it properly? Or does it work differently to the Inspire HR? Is there anyway I can get it to work as before. 

Any help really appreciated as this is a really important metric for me.
