Restoration Stats went missing-Versa 2

All of a sudden my restoration data disappeared.  Deleted app, turned off and then on Bluetooth - powered off phone.  All other sleep data shows and when I go to my Sleep data it does show the %’s but when I go in the click on graph...nothing there.  Anyone having same issue and do you have a fix?

@Tlniede   Many users are reporting the same problem.  It seems to have started with an app update.  Fitbit is aware.

Good morning, did you ever get an answer of how to get your restoration data back? I just bought the charge three about six months ago and it’s hard to get information on - it it’s like they sold me an obsolete Fitbit 😩

So funny you should ask. I did get it back for a few months and now it is gone again. Very frustrating. The answer I got was that they were working on it.

Will be reaching out again. I pay for the premium because of that data.

I do love my FB. It works a lot more often that it doesn’t

Yes same here it suddenly disappeared but the stats are there

I have this issue when using the fitbit app on my iPad Pro. However, when I look at the same data using my iPhone XS Max, the restoration heart rate graph appears properly!

This has recently happened to me. All restoration history had gone. Any suggestions on how to fix?
