I have an iPhone 8.
I am paying for this premium service and it is gone - even back one month when I KNOW the data was present and I was able to view it.
IMHO - its an app problem since the bar graph displays the pct of time above and below resting heart rate.
You cant view them online either - so this needs to be fixed.
You cant get these stats online so please address this issue or I will be forced NOT to renew my Premium subscription.
There are several other threads in the community related to this that are several days old without an official response. Shamefull.

I am in DM contact with support via twitter and they are aware of it. AFTER I pointed out this post and the one below, they told me to monitor the one with an official response from a Fitbit moderator(amazing since I told them to review it to understand the severity of the issue!).

If you are not happy waiting, you can take the path that I did and cancel your premium subscription via https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ .

I agree - shameful! The sole reason I pay for Premium is to see that dang graph! (I’m in pursuit of that ever loving hammock shape!)
Theyd better fix this soon or Inwont be renewing — and I’ll ask for a refund for the last month as well.
(I’ve tried all the usual fixes, restarting, uninstalling and reinstalling, looking online, etc. No luck!)

I thought it was just me. As Fitbit addressed the reasoning behind this? I only pay for premium for the sleep data, I feel entitled to a partial refund.

Mine has just stopped recording the restoration stats. Was all working fine until yesterday. I will be cancelling Premium if it does not work.

Same for me and App update done 19 Aug 2020 doesn’t fix it. They need to communicate with their users on this

Hi. No still can’t see that chart. It is strange because the watch captures heart rate and all other sleep data just doesn’t put it together for the restoration chart. So it looks like it is the app that is not working.

As usual so confident in the brand name they assume people will buy without research and that if we all leave it will not make a lot of difference to them as they have our money already. They do not care about us.
One day people will read more detail before buying and Fitbit will be gone.

I have the same issue as well!! I have done all things that are supposed to fix but to no avail. I also will not be renewing my premium membership. Disappointed in FitBit.

Mine has not appeared, but will keep checking. I already cancelled. I love communication, the fact there is none from FitBit frustrates me. I could deal with bugs and glitches, they happen, but there is no reason for lack of communication.

what the heck is going on with this? My graph stopped displaying & everyone on FBC said the same thing. It started working again briefly & now it’s not working again. So annoying to be paying for a premium service you can use. I don’t know what Fitbit hasn’t reached out to everyone with updates, terrible service.
