Does anyone have experience with returning an item to fitbit.com?  I would like to return a band that doesn't fit and am curious as to how strict the policy is, even if I am within the 45 day return period.

@needscoffee, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. Regarding your inquiry about the refund policy, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you with your refund request.

 

If you are within the 45 day return window, there should be no problem at all. Please check out this page for more information about the return and warranty policies or contact our Support team directly as @SunsetRunner advised.
