Right side buttons of Versa are stuck

Both right side buttons on my Versa will not work. I try to push them and it’s like they are stuck.

@Kayla_hopp it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the right buttons are stuck.

 

Please try cleaning around the buttons with a toothpick in order to remove any dust that this part of the watch may accumulate and see if the buttons are no stuck anymore.
