Can the Fitbit versa 3 show the running pace I like to see how fast I am running to be able to push myself to run faster.
also how can my versa 3 include climbing workout routine I know the versa 4 does.

Hello @EJ93 and welcome to the Community. The Versa 3 displays a top, middle, and bottom stat when you use the Exercise app. The middle stat lets you scroll through a number of real time stats by tapping/swiping. One of the available stats is your current pace. It also shows a number of other stats.
You're right, the Versa 4 has an Indoor Climbing shortcut. I'm sorry, but you can't add it to the Versa 3.

@EJ93 Indoor Climbing on Versa 4 isn't bringing anything special. You can't track routes/problems, grades, attempts nor total ascent. Just track it as Workout on Versa 3 and later rename. Although, I strongly recommend not to use Fitbit watch on the wall. I got plenty of scratches on my original Sense and my previous Ionic fell from height when strap broke, luckily onto the crashpad. Those are too frail devices to be used during this sport.
