Hi,
I just bought a Fit*bit Versa but can not connect it to my Samsung Galaxy 8s.
It is as if there is no blue-tooth ...at least it does not show up.
I have restarted...reset ...rebooted ...several times. I have even tried to install it on another android phone...
Any suggestions on what I can try next?

Hello @LoneBee are you using three Fitbit app to setup your Versa?
You should have no problems I'd following the setup procedure.
If it failed please let us know at what step the failure occurs and if you receive any error.

Hi, your device is supported by Fitbit, so that should not be the problem. Maybe my little guide I wrote regarding updating to the new Firmware version, which you also will get , might be helpfull. I have now managed to set up my new versa ....I do not know what helped 🙂
I kept trying and suddenly my watch could see the versa.

have tried 4 different versas and not will connect. The Ionic connects fine. The versa failed when it is "Searching" for the versa. Please Help. Frustrating.
