Samsung Galaxy Buds not working with Versa correctly.

Hi all,

The Galaxy Buds pair with my Versa Special Edition, but no sound is coming through them. The music bar is definitely moving indicating the song is playing. I’ve tried turning the volume up with no luck. I then went on to disconnect the Galaxy Buds and connected my Jaybird X3s and sound comes through them fine. Went back and reconnected the Galaxy Buds, zero sound. I tried the Galaxy Buds on my iPad to make sure that at least worked, and they started playing music instantly.

I tried turning the Versa off and back on again with no luck. The Galaxy Buds are definitely paired since they show up on the Versa’s Bluetooth menu.

One more thing. I think Fitbit should have stayed in their exercise lane. By offering music without solid connectivity, they appear well over their heads. As I said before, I consider this false advertising due to negligence. As Fitbit responded, there is no list of 'compatible' earbuds. And really, there shouldn't be. It should be compatible with anything using Bluetooth.

To offer their Fitbit Flyer as an option simply adds insult to injury. A $70 product you can easily buy for $30.

I returned my Galaxy buds to Costco and my FitBit Versa went to a friend. I
bought the Apple Watch Series 3, iPods and an iPhone 8. All of which I am
happy with, my change of brand. Other then missing the FitBit Sleep sensor
and length of FitBits holding a charge, Apple Watch is now a better choice.
Also, I am not convinced that the design of the FitBit, with the infrared
scensor, is not safe to wear 24/7. The tissue where the watch sits has
changed in thickness and is permanently indented, compared the my right
wrist.

Samsung buds plus. Have tried everything.. Nothing works. Most cusomters that use Fitbit do not use Apple phones so what if anything r u doing to solve this issue. Or should we all be buying samsung watches.. If blutoooth doesn't work on your watch then why buy it
