Hi,
I’m very disappointed with the quality of the watch face. It’s less then a year old and I have several scratches on the face. I just spoke to customer service and they said even though still under warranty there’s was nothing they could do but offer a discount on a new watch... I’m very disappointed. Will have to rethink my next purchase. Anyone else have a similar problem?

I'm sorry to hear that the display has scratches. Yes, gorilla glass is not impervious to scatches. The warranty, link found below, does not cover, physical damage. I believe that the extended warranty, as with a phone, may.
Users have mentioned screen protectors, availible on Amazon, does hide many of these scratches.
