Versa fuzzy screen

Hi,

 

Just about less than an hour ago my Fitbit Versa 1 was working correctly. Then I noticed that the screen had gone fuzzy and white out of nowhere.

I have tried restarting it with the left back and bottom right buttons but it does not seem to be working. I bought my Fitbit in early August and would appreciate any help.

If the Restart is not working (try several times if necessary), try a Factory Reset by swiping left to Settings, then About, and then Factory Reset.

I am not able to do the factory reset either as it's giving me white background with fuzzy overlay

@bcxcv, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the display issues that your Versa is experiencing, I appreciate the troubleshooting steps that you tried before contacting our forums.

 

I'd like you to try one more workaround that has been helpful for this type of issues. Please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.
