Screen Problem: It won’t turn on & won’t swipe

Hey everyone,

So I’ve had my Versa 2 for aprox 2 months now and it slowly started deteriorating. What I thought was simple random errors are now something consistent in which I can barely track my training or even see what time it is.  

Most of the time I can see the home screen on my Versa 2 but can’t do anything from there (in some occasions I can’t even see the home screen because it won’t show). When I do see the home screen I can’t get it to move to another page, and in the rare occasions where I can swipe 1 time, I don’t get to track anything because  it won’t react when I touch an icon.

I’ve already tried restarting it and charging the battery to see if that helps but it hasn’t improved my situation☹️.

Try a Factory Reset by swiping left to Settings, About, Factory Reset.

Yeah, I can’t make it do anything. That’s the problem, I can’t swipe anywhere 😞 I thought it was clear that the touch is not working.
