Unable to get Versa wakeup to change to automatic (motion) rather than manual (button). I've tried resetting tracker.

Hold  in left side button a few seconds.  Look for 'Screen Wake'.  Tap to toggle on or off.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hi. My Versa is misbehaving, not turning on when I shake it or tap it, lots of times lately swiping the screen does nothing. When I followed your instructions to hold the left button, I only get shortcut options. Nothing about screen wake. This is on the watch, not the app.

With the shortcut options, you have to choose 'Quick Settings', then the icon with the picture of the watch to get to Screen Wake.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
