Screen Wake not working on Versa 2

Just got my Versa 2 today. Auto screen wake worked fine for about an hour now it doesn’t I have to manually wake it.  Checked  in settings Auto Screen wake is on, sleep mode is off,  Quick View is on. I’ve reset about 5 times and have factory reset. Still not working. Very disappointed

Hi, is it a new watch or a replacement watch?

Try pull down on the watch once as if to get notifications, and again, click on the 2 white bars to get to quick notifications and make sure again the wrist action is on and sleep and Do Not Disturb is off.

 

If its still a problem probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
