Just today my Versa won't load any specific screens. It will display the "apps" on the device, but when you select one, it freezes and then goes back to the app screen. It will not connect via Bluetooth to my Fitbit app on my phone now. I've had this Versa for maybe two years now.

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.
