For about a week my screen and sensor has been malfunctioning.
1. Home screen will toggle through steps, BPM and calories burned on. Vibrating included.
2. The sensor will stop tracking my heart rate in the middle of a workout and/or voluntarily.
3. It is difficult to swipe up/down. I can not swipe across at all.
I have reset my Versa by using the buttons only due to not being able to swipe across on the device. I have unpaired and repaired device to phone and Fitbit app. I am not sure what else I can do.
Also, I am not using a third party clock face.
Help me 😞
