Screen black out

Versa screen is staying black, cannot reset. Still getting vibrations from notifications and the heart monitor is green. Tried charging but app showed full battery and then was drained super quickly.

Hi @Cassandra2020  That isnt sounding good, but try restarting your Versa several times. If that doesnt help then contact Support and see if they can help you.
