Hi can someone help me my verse 2 has a black screen and I can’t reset it as nothing is coming up I’ve changed clock face via the app but still nothing. It’s tracking still but I can see the screen. I’ve only have my watch since January 2022

Hi @Lindmac73 - first try a restart How do I restart my Fitbit device?
If that doesn't fix it then it needs to be replaced under warranty where you bought it as soon as possible.

Best AnswerThankyou tried all the things it says to in the link but alas my screen still won't come back on, have contacted Fitbit customer support and they are sending me a replacement
