Screen brightness issue on my Versa

When I get to brightness adjustment on my versa it says dim but not lite up and I cant get it changed cant see screen outside?

Regarding the screen brightness issue that your Versa experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm so glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
