Hello,
My versa 2 was working fine till i installed bitmoji clock face then the touchscreen stopped working,
Below steps were taken to try to solve the problem but in vain,
- restarted the band multiple times.
- uninstalled the bitmoji watch face and installed the original watch face by fitbit.
- i tried to factory reset the watch by holding down the button then when logo is shown; i release the button then hold down the button again but it never worked or go to factory reset mode.
Also note that the battery emptied and i am charging it now although that i already charged it only 1 day ago.
So please support as i don't have customer support in my country Egypt and i bought the fitbit from amazon.
