Screen doesn't dim off

Screen will not turn off.  I have setting set for 10 seconds, but does not work. Any suggestions.

@dianewordsmith is right.  Some of those clockfaces have an option to toggle the "always on" to "off".  Look for a settings gear on your app to see if it is one of those watch faces.

Which clock face are you using? My understanding is there are a few that allow you to keep the screen on.

I am using a clock face from the options available called nothing special. Im finally able to make changes to it.  I’ll change it to see if that helps. Thanks!

Thanks! I tried that and it didn’t help. I’m hoping by changing the screen clock it will help.
