Screen flashing clock face and not swiping

Hello,

 

I have been using my Fitbit as usual and one night I took it off. Then the screen started to flash the logo constantly. I did the factory reset and I now have my clock face back and have updated the tracker but it is still flashing the clock face which is draining my battery and I cannot swipe in either direction to use apps and so on.

i haven’t had this Fitbit for a year yet- is there anything I can do?
