Screen has gone all white

Hello,  my Versa screen has gone all white.  When i reboot my watch, it goes back white.  I have search the site, i see other people has had the same problem but no solution  but rebooting.

Does anyone has any other solutions besides rebooting?    Thanks for you all help.

Hi Thank you for your help.  i rebooted and charged my watch all night and the screen goes white once again.I made sure the back was clean.  The charger clean.This is what the screen look like.Sent from my T-Mobile 4G LTE Device

Hello,  i have not heard anything from Fitbit.  I sent a picture of the fitbit screen.  And nothing happen after the low battery,   reboot .   I was told to do a factory reboot.   How can i do a reboot if the screen is white?

Hello,  can u please help me with this problem?  Dont send me something to close out this request and NO ONE has been able to help me with this problem.    Im very disappointed with Fitbit as i see other people are having the same problem and nothing is happening.
