Screen has gone white

Yesterday my versa started having a white screen with no reason. It’s got to a point that I can’t see what’s on the screen.

i have tried restarting it and it made it worse!! 

Is my FITBIT broken?

I click the wrong button, this hasn’t been resolved despite multiple restarting

I meant I clicked the resolved button when it wasn’t resolved I just wanted to reply. I have restarted it now on numerous occasions this evening and it still has a white screen, which is now flickering and very disturbing visually. Thankfully I am not epileptic.

Hi, if the restart procedure did not solve your problem, you have two options:

1. Contact Customer Support about it and mention specifically that you already did the restart procedure

2. Perform a Factory reset.

If I were you, I would go for the first option, cause something is really wrong with your screen.

Hi I just purchased the Versa 2 around 11/30 and I just experienced this same issue today for the first time.  I actually got home from work and connected my watch to the dock and let it charge as everytime I tried to look on the fitbit app on my phone it mentioned that my watch's battery was low.  As a result I let the watch stay on the charger until it was charged to around 65% then attempted to push and hold the button on the side of the watch for about 10 to 15 seconds and it finally seemed to pop up with the fitbit emblem & I am actually able to see my watch face now. I hope this may help with your problem also.

My screen has Don this on several occasions. Today it did it when my battery over 80% strength. I have to just keep messing with it to get it to give me my regular screen back. Today I scrolled it over to the right and that screen was fine. Scrolled back to the left, white screen. So I scrolled to the right again and clicked on one of the buttons...I don’t remember which one but when I clicked out of it and then scrolled over to the left again to the main screen it was fixed! No white screen. But it seems to be an issue now. Happening more frequently. 🤷‍:female_sign:

 i tried different reset options...and changed the clock face using the app...nothing.  this morning it looked ok.

it is still connecting to my phone as notifications keep going off...just cannot see anything.
