Screen has malfunctioned

Please help, my screen has malfunctioned, bright and faint detail, cannot read it. I’ve tried re-starting many times and have now just reset back to factory setting but nothing is making a difference. Is it faulty do you think or is there something else I can try?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the issue you're having with your Fitbit Versa screen. I appreciate your troubleshooting efforts by doing a restart and a factory reset. Upon checking with our support team, I was told that you have already contacted them. I know they will be glad to help you out and provide you a solution, please keep working with them.
