Versa Special Edition won't sync

I've been having issues with my versa for the past month. First, it wouldn't stay charged for even 24 hours. They sent me a replacement which was great. But now the replacement won't stay synced or track my activity properly. I've called in on multiple occasions, went through all the steps of turning on/off Bluetooth, deleting the app, restarting the device, syncing it to different devices. I have to do these things several times a day to get my versa to work and sometimes it still doesn't help. It's super frustrating because I just want to be able to use my watch without doing all these steps multiple times a day. This is in 2nd fitbit product and I loved my first watch! I'm extremely disappointed with how my versa has performed (or lack thereof in the last month).

 

My nephew also has a versa. He works at a summer camp with kids where he's extremely active. His fitbit has tracked NOTHING! His screen gets stuck and he can't do anything but turn the watch on and off. I'm really hoping that this system issue can be fixed ASAP. My family loved fitbit products and we've used them for years but we're seriously considering switching to an apple watch if things don't get resolved.

I just got a Versa Special and it takes FOREVER to sync. It is much slower than my Alta HR was. It also keeps loosing the connection to my phone which the HR never did.
