Screen is black

My fitbit is currently nonresponsive. It started messing up this morning by the screen glitching. It was moving the screen by itself and randomly opening different apps. When I got home today, after restarting and factory resetting it a few times each (which was a hassle in and of itself with the screen working against me), I decided that maybe it got too much rain in it from a storm I was caught in a few days ago. (Though why the damage would show up now and not earlier, I dont know. For that matter, if you should be able to swim in it, shouldn't a little rain not make a difference?) I put it in some rice for a few hours, and then checked it. The screen was completely black and unresponsive. I figured it need to be charged. No, it still won't work. My phone is even syncing to it but I can't do anything with it. I bought this in February so its definitely still under warranty. How can I email a customer support member? I want specificly to email them. I don't have time in my busy schedule to sit and talk on the phone for a long period of time and I don't have nor want a Twitter account.

My Versa did the exact thing as you described. I finally conducted a live chat, which did not take long and the issue was resolved. It seems like this is a software glitch
