@lindz5523, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the upper left corner of your Versa's screen is flipping randomly. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
Please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

Best AnswerHi mine has been doing this too now, I factory restarted and disconnected it all and then reconnected like as if it was new one again. Still doing it and my manual button on left side only works on and off! It’s so frustrating, how did they end up fixing it?

Hi @85CLO, Due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community. I'm glad to hear that our Support team took care of your case and provided a replacement unit. Don't hesitate to get back if more assistance is needed.
@Dali2020, I apologize for the late response. However, thank you for joining us in this thread and our Fitbit Community. Since you mentioned that your Versa's display is not working properly either, I'd like you to try a restart. To do so on your device, follow the steps listed in this help article. After this, monitor your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome.
Best AnswerThanks for your reply. I had already done the restart as per the instruction, but I just did it again now and still no improvement. My Versa is acting absolutely "broken" since the recent update. It was perfect until then. For instance it often does not respond to taps thus I'm unable to set alarm or stop the timer. Sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't, so there is no pattern to this behaviour. Also the Timer stops and starts on it's own with or without me touching, and I sometimes wake up to 0% battery as it keeps doing stuff on its own!
Best AnswerHave you contacted Fitbit via phone? This is exactly what was happening with mine. If yours is still under warranty then they will replace it
Best AnswerThis is my issue as well. I have restarted it as well and mine just started today before installing the update. It will act as if I touched the screen and I have not or when I try to choose and app to use it chooses a different app on the opposite side of the screen. It wont scroll through the screens either.
I'm following this thread because I am having this issue since the last update it received.
Followed the instructions like resetting or trying a different clock face by fitbit but the issue remains. Screen is flickering half of the day, the buttons work half of the time when pressed and something when it works the screen just turns off after a second. It's really hard to set the timers and start them because versa doesn't seem to be recognising the touch. I'm not sure mine is still under warranty, I bought it here in the UK March 2019.
My screen has been going crazy as well. I am afraid mine isn't under warranty and would hate to replace it. I am getting ready to reset it and hope it works.
Best AnswerHello. I did it. Indeed there is an improvement in the frequency of the issue but still the problem holds. I dont know if thus helps but frequency increased while battery got more empty like 30% and below, where also the left button stopped responding 🙄
Best AnswerI use a Fitbit face, and I cannot connect to my Fitbit to change anything.
