I bought my husband a FitBit Versa for Christmas, and he has recently had battery issues as well as this screen issue. I’ve tried restarting it, but that did not help.

I’m trying to add the image but it won’t allow me to. It looks as though the screen is trying to load, but won’t. At times it looks like an old tv with the lines in it.

@chipperjones Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist your husband's Versa since it's experiencing battery and display issues.
I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains the restart process but you can skip it since you already tried it.
Regarding the display issues, please make sure that the clock you are using is not a third party one but a clock face developed by Fitbit.
