Before considering other options, make sure that you've tried performing a restart following the steps in this article: How do I restart my Fitbit device? This has been useful for other users experiencing something similar. 

In addition, you can also try changing the clock face option on your Versa.

Thanks Took it to Geek Squad at Best Buy. As I had Maintenance Plan, they replaced it with Versa 2.Geeks said it was dead.
