The watch is synced to my phone, green light appears at the bottom and is fully charged. However the screen just wont on 😞 I tried resetting it (pressing the back and bottom button for 10s) to no avail.. i tried changing the clock face too.. can someone please help me? Thanks and much appreciated!

Hi Davide, thanks for the help! I've been issued a new one as all options to recover the watch were exhausted. I received it on 5/7/19. Thank you for the quick responses and help by Fitbit and the efficient delivery of the watch!
