Screen keeps lagging. Difficulty waking up

The screen isnt waking up when I flip my wrist. I have to push the left button several times. To get it to wake up and then it automatically goes to the wake settings and notifications screen. When it does go to the home screen and I try to swipe, it lags and takes several swipes. Apps lag to open or dont open at all, and the color on the screen flickers. Have factory reset.. no luck

Hi, are you using a Third Party Clock Face? If yes, change it to one developed by Fitbit itself and your problems are solved.
