Screen not responding properly

Has anyone else been having this issue? Ever since I updated my versa the screen hasn’t been responding. It takes 5-10 minutes just to select a workout because the screen only response 10% of the time so I have to sit there, wait and try again until it finally starts. Same goes for ending workouts too. I know it’s not me or anything I’m doing. I previously owned the versa 1 and never had any issues, I wore that one while I worked in a kitchen and it use to get the life beat out of it and I still never had an issue. I have the versa 2 now and up until the new update it was fine. Why is it not working now? Has anyone else had this issue?

I had the same issue today I noticed the screen wasn’t responding to touch now my Fitbit is completely dead and won’t turn on !!!

Yes!  My fitbit was perfect until the update 2 days ago.  I hope there is another update to fix these issues!

The same thing happened to my Versa. It was okay 2 days ago, fully charged, then touchscreen won't respond to taps. The screen started flickering then it's dead. Why? Can Fitbit give us some answers?
