Screen not swiping

I cannot get to any of the screens by swiping right or left. Have restarted multiple times but has not helped.  I can see from others that they have been having the same issue as well. What is the fix?

Hi @jvlahos001 Try the factory reset proceedure (below) if that doesnt get the screen working properly you will need to contact Support 

Fitbit Support  

 

BUTTON FACTORY RESET FOR VERSA 2
Hold the back button for about 8 seconds. 
When the Fitbit logo disappears: Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds). 
Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates the factory reset.
